Pasta Puttanesca: Easy Meal Prep
I'm by no means a master chef, but I still like to eat healthy and tasty while counting calories! Here's a high protein pasta that's easy to whip up. Ingredients: 1 cup any tomato sauce 3-4 tbsp tomato paste 1 onion 3 cloves of garlic cappers with the juice! about 3 tbsp olives: whatever you got! 255 grams of chickpea & lentil pasta 2 tbsp lemon juice
